Our vision is to see communities restored through quality mental health - one person, one family, one deed at a time.

Our Mission

We are impacting society for good by providing accessible mental health services and drawing together community partners to promote the holistic support of the vulnerable and overlooked.

Our Approach

  • Innovate and Collaborate. We increase access to mental health among overlooked populations by advancing an innovative approach which draws upon partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit entities in the Dallas, Houston, Austin, and surrounding areas.

  • Reduce the Financial Barrier to Mental Health Services. A typical therapy session costs $100-$150, turning mental health into a luxury inaccessible for many people. Sweet Deeds offers reduced rates of 20-40% off the standard cost of therapy and additional financial assistance so that those who need mental health can afford it.

  • Partner with community nonprofits. Our expertise is mental health. But we also understand that mental health is directly tied to many factors including job stability, housing, and food. So we support organizations passionate about effecting change through meeting physical and logistical needs.

2024 Priorities

Clergy and other faith leaders are facing tremendous degrees of burnt out and isolation. Our desire is to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of those in leadership. We offer discounted rates and scholarship assistance for clergy and other ministry leaders to get the mental health support they need.

1) Caring Well for Spiritual Leaders

In 2024, we have the privilege of coming alongside women in critical need to provide hope, support, and healing. By offering offering quality, accessible mental health, we can empower women to face the challenges of the day with dignity and courage.

Our work in the coming year will focus on supporting 1) survivors of domestic violence and 2) formerly incarcerated women.

2) Empowering Women in a Time of Need.
