Our vision is to see communities restored through quality mental health - one person, one family, one deed at a time.
Our Mission
We are impacting society for good by providing accessible mental health services and drawing together community partners to promote the holistic support of the vulnerable and overlooked.
Our Approach
Innovate and Collaborate. We increase access to mental health among overlooked populations by advancing an innovative approach which draws upon partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit entities in the Dallas, Houston, Austin, and surrounding areas.
Reduce the Financial Barrier to Mental Health Services. A typical therapy session costs $100-$150, turning mental health into a luxury inaccessible for many people. Sweet Deeds offers reduced rates of 20-40% off the standard cost of therapy and additional financial assistance so that those who need mental health can afford it.
Partner with community nonprofits. Our expertise is mental health. But we also understand that mental health is directly tied to many factors including job stability, housing, and food. So we support organizations passionate about effecting change through meeting physical and logistical needs.
“Sweet Deeds Foundation has made a profoundly positive impact on me and my family. Their support has truly transformed our lives. Mental health care is often inaccessible and expensive, but with the help of Sweet Deeds and my amazing counselor, I’ve been able to focus on personal growth and strengthen the most important relationships in my life.” -
