In-Prison Workshops, Therapist-Led “Life Success” Support Groups, Discounted Individual Therapy

Did you know that Texas has the highest population of incarcerated women of any state? Through a NEW collaboration with Empowering Women out of Prison (EWOP), our therapists will offer helpful workshops on mental health inside the prison. On the outside, they’ll offer communal spaces free from judgment and full of grace for women to process the often jarring transition back into life on the outside. These groups are free of charge to the participants, being jointly funded by Sweet Deeds and EWOP. For those ready to engage in deeper therapy work, we'll offer discounted rates and financial assistance for one-on-one therapy.
